- Shipping Time: Begins after processing and depends on your chosen shipping method and destination.
Note: Our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Delivery times may be longer during busy seasons and promotions.
We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated delivery time combines processing and shipping periods.

- Report any unexpected delays, and we will assist you within 12 hours.
Undelivered Packages
- If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package
- Check the delivery area thoroughly and contact the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
- We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
- Double-check your shipping details at checkout and notify support@orthogears.com immediately if there are any errors.
Duties & Taxes
- Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
- Orthogears is not liable for customs fees if the package is rejected by the recipient or if delivery fails after multiple attempts.
